We want you to love every item you order from Y'ALL D'FFERENT BREED. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Read below for complete details on our returns, exchanges, and refund process.

1. Return Window

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.

How the 30 Days Works

The 30-day return window starts from the date you receive your order, not the date you placed it. For example:

  • Order delivered: January 1st
  • Last day to initiate return: January 31st
  • Package must be postmarked by the deadline

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return within the 30-day window:

  1. Email us at returns@yalldb.com with your order number
  2. Or log into your account and select "Return Items" from your order history
  3. We'll email you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Eligible Items Must Be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must not have been worn (except to try on), washed, or altered
  • Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached and intact
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible (boxes, bags, wrapping)
  • Same Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • No Odors or Stains: Items must be free from perfume, smoke, deodorant, or makeup stains

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
  • Clearance items (50% off or more)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

⚠️ Important Note

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our eligibility criteria. Items that are returned in unacceptable condition may be sent back to you or may result in a partial refund.

3. Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Email returns@yalldb.com or start a return through your account. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, you'll receive a return authorization email with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Return address
  • Packing instructions

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely pack your item(s):

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Use a sturdy box or mailer to prevent damage in transit
  • Do not write or tape directly on the original product packaging

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Attach the prepaid return label and drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (depending on the label). Keep your receipt as proof of shipment.

Step 5: Receive Refund Confirmation

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email confirming your refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Information

How Long Does a Refund Take?

The refund timeline is:

  1. Return received: 2-7 business days for package to reach our warehouse
  2. Inspection: 1-2 business days to inspect and process return
  3. Refund issued: Immediately after approval
  4. Refund appears in account: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank/card issuer)

Total time: Typically 7-14 business days from the day you ship your return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit cards: Refund to the original card
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refund to the original card used

Shipping Costs Refund Policy

Shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Our error (wrong item, defective): Original shipping costs are refunded + free return shipping
  • Customer preference return: Original shipping costs are NOT refunded
  • Free shipping orders: No shipping deduction on returns

Partial Refunds

In some cases, you may receive a partial refund:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items missing tags or packaging
  • Items damaged during return shipping (that weren't packed properly)
  • Items returned significantly after the 30-day window

We'll email you before processing a partial refund, explaining the reason and the refund amount.

💳 When Will I See My Refund?

After we issue your refund, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer. Contact your financial institution if you don't see the refund after 10 business days.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges.

How Exchanges Work

We currently handle exchanges as a return + new order process:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the replacement size/color (we recommend doing this right away to ensure availability)
  3. Once your return is received, we'll process your refund

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible while we process your return.

Exchange Shipping Costs

For exchanges:

  • Size/color exchange (customer preference): You pay return shipping + new order shipping (unless order qualifies for free shipping)
  • Defective or wrong item received: We cover all shipping costs for both the return and replacement

Out-of-Stock Items

If the size or color you want is out of stock, you can choose to:

  • Wait for restock (we'll notify you when it's available)
  • Return the original item for a full refund
  • Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value

6. Return Shipping

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

Using Your Return Label

When you receive your return authorization:

  • Print the prepaid return label sent to your email
  • Attach it securely to the outside of your package
  • Drop off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location
  • Keep your receipt as proof of shipment

Returning Without a Printer?

If you don't have access to a printer, you can show the return label on your phone at most carrier locations, and they can print it for you. Some carriers may charge a small fee for this service.

International Returns

We currently only ship domestically within the United States. International returns are not applicable at this time.

7. Special Circumstances

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@yalldb.com
  2. Include photos of the defect
  3. We'll send a prepaid return label
  4. Choose a replacement or full refund (including original shipping)

Defective item returns are accepted even after the 30-day window, up to 90 days from purchase.

Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Contact us right away, and we'll:

  • Send the correct item immediately (expedited shipping at no charge)
  • Provide a prepaid label to return the wrong item
  • Refund any price difference if applicable

Gift Returns

Returning a gift? Here's how it works:

  • You can return gift items within 30 days of delivery
  • Gift returns are refunded via store credit or exchange only (not cash refund)
  • The original purchaser can request a refund to their payment method by contacting us
  • Include the gift receipt if you have one

Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects discovered after the 30-day return window (up to 90 days) are covered under our warranty. Contact us with photos and a description of the issue, and we'll provide a replacement or refund.
