This page explains our order cancellation policy, including when you can cancel, how to cancel, and what to expect regarding refunds.

2-Hour Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.

We process and ship orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can only accept cancellations within a limited timeframe after you place your order.

Why 2 Hours?

Our fulfillment team works efficiently to get orders out the door quickly. Most orders enter the picking and packing process within a few hours of being placed. The 2-hour window gives you time to review your order while still allowing us to prevent unnecessary processing.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

If you need to cancel your order within the 2-hour window, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support Immediately

Step 2: Include Required Information

Your email should include:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Email address used for the order
  • Brief reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  • Confirmation that you want to cancel the entire order

Step 3: Receive Cancellation Confirmation

We'll review your cancellation request and send you a confirmation email within 30 minutes to 1 hour. If your cancellation is within the 2-hour window and hasn't already been shipped, we'll confirm the cancellation and initiate your refund.

Time-Sensitive Request

Because cancellations must be requested within 2 hours, it's crucial to contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation if your request is made after the 2-hour window, even if we haven't shipped your order yet.

3. Cancellation Eligibility

Not all orders may be eligible for cancellation, even within the 2-hour window.

Orders Eligible for Cancellation

  • Orders placed within the last 2 hours
  • Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped
  • Orders with standard or express shipping
  • Regular merchandise orders (excluding special circumstances below)

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Orders placed more than 2 hours ago
  • Orders that have already been shipped
  • Orders marked as "In Transit" or "Delivered"
  • Personalized or custom items (non-refundable once production begins)
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)

What If My Order Already Shipped?

If your order has already shipped when you request cancellation:

  • We cannot recall the package from the carrier
  • You'll need to receive the package and then initiate a return (see our Returns Policy)
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the returned items

Fast Processing Times

We pride ourselves on quick order processing (usually within 1-2 business days). While this means you get your items faster, it also means cancellation windows are shorter. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

4. Refund Information

Refund Timeline

When your cancellation is approved, here's what to expect:

  1. Cancellation confirmed: You receive a confirmation email
  2. Refund initiated: Within 1 business day of cancellation approval
  3. Refund processed: Typically appears in your account within 3-5 business days
  4. Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to appear

Total refund time: Typically 3-7 business days from cancellation approval.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund to the original card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refund to the card linked to your digital wallet

What's Refunded

When your order is cancelled within the eligible window, you'll receive:

  • Full refund of merchandise cost
  • Full refund of shipping fees (if applicable)
  • Full refund of any taxes charged
  • No cancellation fees

Refund Status

Once we issue your refund, it can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer. Contact your financial institution if you don't see the refund after 7 business days.

5. After Your Order Ships

If your order has already shipped when you want to cancel, you have the following options:

Option 1: Refuse Delivery

When the carrier attempts delivery, you can refuse the package:

  • Tell the delivery person you refuse the package
  • Do not open or accept the package
  • The carrier will return it to us automatically
  • Once we receive the refused package, we'll issue a full refund

Note: This option works best if you're home when delivery is attempted. If the package is left without signature, see Option 2.

Option 2: Return After Delivery

If the package is already delivered, you can return it:

  1. Keep the package unopened (or at minimum, don't remove tags or wear items)
  2. Contact us at returns@yalldb.com to initiate a return
  3. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Ship the package back to us
  5. Receive a full refund once we receive and process the return

Tracking Your Shipped Order

If you've decided you no longer want an order that has shipped, you can track it to know when to expect delivery. Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and carrier information. You can also log into your account to view tracking details.
